Yay! You're getting married! You want every guest to feel that excitement when they open their mailbox to find a special envelope with their name and address handwritten in beautiful calligraphy. It's an increasingly rare treat these days, and speaks volumes about how you value your guests.
The prices below are general guidelines; every project is unique, so your order may cost more or less depending on specifics. Contact me for a quote.
Outer envelope: $3.00/ea
Inner envelope: $1.50/ea
Return address: $2.00/ea
Response address: $2.00/ea
Escort card: $1.50/ea
Envelopes that are lined, dark in color, or heavily textured can be more difficult or time consuming to work with. For these cases, I charge an additional $0.50 per envelope.
HOW IT WORKS
Contact me to discuss the details of your project. We'll talk about the colors, styles, and little touches that will convey the right feeling to your guests.
Once the details are set, I require a $50 non-refundable deposit to schedule your order. Final payment is due upon completion before I ship your order back to you.
Please provide at least 20% extra envelopes or place cards to allow for errors or last minute additions.
Guest list format
You can email me your guest list as a Word doc or Excel spreadsheet. List each address exactly as you would like it to appear on the envelope. I'm happy to help with any etiquette questions you might have.
Scheduling and timeframes
I schedule jobs in advance, so please book early to ensure availability. A typical envelope job takes about 2 weeks to complete, so please plan accordingly. Rush orders may be possible for an additional charge depending on timing. Invitations are usually mailed out 6-8 weeks before the wedding.
